Culture Committee

The Ministry of Culture (MOC) at Blue Cypress is an employee-driven, management supported effort that provides a place to guide company culture, promote team building, and create a positive work environment that makes employees feel valued and appreciated. The MOC currently implements the following four initiatives:

DiSC Assesments

All employees will be asked to take the DiSC assessment as part of the onboarding process. Blue Cypress uses the DiSC profiles to help increase our individual awareness of how we can enhance our work and personal relationships and better achieve our individual and group goals. The profiles and subsequent discussion allow employees to have more productive working relationships and enhance the working environment.
