About This Project

This project was initiated to identify opportunities for improvement in the CCWA collection system operations and strategies. The suggested improvements could be implemented to enhance the level of service provided to customers, increase productivity and quality of operations, and lower operating costs. Additionally, the data analysis that was conducted could be used to make better decisions to further reduce SSOs and help CCWA stay off the regulatory radar.
