About This Project

San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is under a consent decree with the US EPA and Department of Justice (DOJ) to reduce sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs). Prior to joining Blue Cypress, John Evans supported SAWS by leading the technical negotiations of the Consent Decree including its Capacity Assessment and Remediation Process. Blue Cypress was recently asked to conduct a final program readiness assessment to support SAWS’ ability to continuously deliver on its program commitments as they relate to capacity assurance.
